Hi, I am Dana and I am a nutrition coach.  
I think we need to stop focusing on what we shouldn’t have and start focusing on how to nourish ourselves.

I believe in a holistic approach. I think we are individual in our needs. I believe there isn’t one true way to be a healthy person but many.  I believe in science and the full body of evidence, however tricky that makes things for the black and white answers so many search for.

The reason most diets fail is because they don’t take YOU into consideration. Dana takes a collaborative approach with her clients. It’s as much about listening as it is about educating. She believes whole heartedly that a multi-pronged approach to health is the only way to really feel good, so in addition to a foundational nutritional program she focuses her programs around the three pillars of health
